I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was very nice with an extra comfortable bed. Plus, the star ceiling was absolutely beautiful, creating a magical atmosphere. The hotel facilities were top-notch, including a nice swimming pool, a relaxing rest room, and a fitness center with various devices for a good workout. Everything was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast and dinner buffet was outstanding, with a great variety of options, including delicious soups and fresh salads. The location of the hotel was perfect for hiking and exploring the surrounding area.

The location of the hotel is perfect for families with children who want to ski, as it is situated right near the slopes on both sides of the valley. the ski room provides convenient storage for ski equipment. the rooms are clean and comfortable, with a balcony and nice design throughout the halls. the wellness area is clean and offers plenty of options for relaxation, including drinks and fruits. the food served in the morning and evening is delicious, making for a satisfying dining experience.
Some guests felt that they were not given the same level of importance as other guests, as they were made to wait during check-in and were forgotten about when it came to receiving important information and benefits, such as the summer valley card with discounts.

The location right near the slopes made it so convenient for us to enjoy a day of skiing without any hassle. The room service was impeccable, and the housekeeping staff ensured that our room was always in pristine condition. Additionally, the shops and commercial services nearby provided us with everything we needed during our stay. The airport shuttle was a great convenience, making our journey to and from the hotel extremely smooth.
We recommend this hotel to all.

Great location! The hotel offers beautiful views and lots of opportunities for outdoor activities like hiking and skiing. The rooms are modern and comfortable, and the breakfast is delicious with lots of options to choose from. Plus, the staff is friendly and helpful.
The hotel could really improve their smoking policy as it is allowed in all common areas except for the dining room. This made it really uncomfortable for non-smoking guests like myself to enjoy the facilities.

Location is awesome. You can ski directly to the slopes and back. the 2 for 1 drinks during the happy hour saved a lot of money, plus the food was really tasty. the kids had so much fun with the activities program.
We were really disappointed with the staff. They weren't very helpful and didn't seem to care about us at all.
